Riina Hellstrom is recommended internationally by peers and strangers as a brilliant Agile & People leader. She is a misfit of “old-school” organizations, where she worked for 10 years and became an Agile HR pioneer in Europe. Then, she jumped off the corporate ladder to drive the Agile organization development scene forward. She is a co-founder of the boutique network business consultancy, People Geeks. Overall mostly helping large and mid-sized organizations’ executives, units, HR teams, and transformation teams across a broad spectrum of change and transformation. Also supporting people, HR, people analytics, and management initiatives.
Therefore, together with Natal Dank, she founded the global AgileHR Community in 2017, running training and licensing the Agile HR concept globally. She holds an M. Sc. in Technology, a degree in applied Neuroscience, is a Certified Professional Coach, and possesses a growing number of Agile certificates and licenses. Also, the list includes CSM, CSPO, SAFe Agilist, Certified Scrum Professional.
She is the first HR Leader and a Licensed Scrum at Scale Trainer who works with Enterprise level transformations. Specialist in Executive and Management level work, organizational design and structures, Agile Performance management, and redesign of organizational processes to support Agile.
