Marc Lustig

Marc Lustig is a mentor and a leadership coach. He helps grow enterprises’ identity towards 360° agility.

Marc studied Computer Science, Social Sciences, and Philosophy and he has been a programmer since the 1980s. His path has led him from an agile full-stack developer over technical coach to becoming an Enterprise Identity Coach with a systemic perspective.

As director of the axisMundi Leadership Academy, he offers a number of educational programs for Scrum Masters, Agile Coaches, and Product Owners which are guided by leadership concepts. He is a Certified Enterprise Coach (CEC) and Certified Team Coach (CTC) with Scrum Alliance as well as a LeSS Friendly Scrum Trainer. He is also dedicated to accompanying individuals outside of the corporate context to discover their ikigai using Co-Active coaching.

In this session, Marc will share the key learnings on his journey to become a CTC and CEC. He is going to reveal his doubts and challenges before and during that journey together with the emotional forces that he experienced at work.

Also, he will share the impact after successfully achieving the certifications.

In the second part, there will be an overview of the requirements as well as the time for  Q&A of the participants.
