Topic: Scaling Scrum – a story of communication at eye level (#Agile)

Delivering products is no longer the pure implementation of long-term defined requirements. In fact, it is about learning and adapting frequently to meet customers’ requirements. An agile organization can provide an evolutionary response to a changing environment. In traditional companies, this requires a huge structural change to support the necessary mindset shift. This talk will suggest some building blocks of an agile organization encouraging the change. It will be based on examples from different companies and will also include the key learnings.

Juliane will talk on the DEV stage on October 8th together with Heiko Schröder.
