Heiko Schröder is passionate about servant leadership and new ways of working. And he is convinced that both are fundamental to thrive in an era of digital disruption. Before joining TRUMPF in 2018, Heiko worked for almost a decade in the aerospace industry, serving in various leadership positions. He holds a Ph.D. in physics and tries to face each and every day with curiosity and an open mindset.

Delivering products is no longer the pure implementation of long-term defined requirements. In fact, it is about learning and adapting frequently to meet customers’ requirements. An agile organization can provide an evolutionary response to a changing environment. In traditional companies, this requires a huge structural change to support the necessary mindset shift. This talk will suggest some building blocks of an agile organization encouraging the change. It will be based on examples from different companies and will also include the key learnings.
