Diana Kirkova

Diana is an Agile Coach with over 14 years of experience in IT and 7+ years as an Agile Practitioner.

Diana has passionately spent her career moving up the ranks in IT from Software Engineer to Product Manager to Team Agile Coach and now Enterprise Agile Coach. Most of her time went on coaching companies interested in transforming their culture, advancing their development practices, and applying agile values and principles. In her spare time, she also serves at Agile Habits Academy.

As an Agile coach, Diana provides ongoing Agile coaching and Scrum Master management within the product engineering organization. She helps engineering teams using Agile methodology as a strategic asset to deliver value for the customers. Coaching teams to a point of maturity to enable them to become a high-performing Agile team, that can deliver faster quality working software solutions that provide measurable value.

Risk management should not be just a project management activity. We can raise a project team’s ability to manage risk and therefore avoid project failures.

All projects have risks. The success of a project can often be dictated by how well the project team manages that risk. In this session we will see how using Agile practices is better suited to managing project risk.
