Bojan is an Agile Coach and Consultant committed to helping teams to uncover higher levels of their potential and reach limits of possible. He is an experienced Agile practitioner (certified both as a Scrum Master and a Product Owner), who held and facilitated many Agile trainings and workshops. He helps companies recognize transformation and optimization opportunities and take the advantage of them. He has trained and coached teams, and worked as a hands-on Agile practitioner while helping teams to cross the gap between inspiration and practice.
Bojan’s experience spans both engineering and management roles, and that helps him to understand and leverage improvement opportunities while leading companies and teams through Agile transformation. He practiced Agile in many different companies, in Serbia, UK and Germany – even for some international giants.
