Biser is a Scrum Master who is completely in love with Agile values and he finds Agile principles to be his state of mind and a way of living. He has 9 years of experience working in different fields of project management as constructions of Big Data centres, Telecommunications, Networking, Software and Web Development. Nowadays, Biser specializes in web development projects, Agile Coaching, requirements gathering and delivering solutions that fulfill customers’ needs.
During the last 5 years, Biser is a part of FFW, where initially he was a Project Manager and recently became the Head of Project Management Department. He had facilitated as much as possible the implementation of Scrum, Kanban and Agile practices in the company policy and culture.
Biser also really enjoys talking to the public, sharing his experience and giving back to the community. He was a speaker at many local and international events in Bulgaria, Austria, France and Germany.
Moreover, Biser is a founder of the NGO “AgileGuys” which aims to promote Agile in Bulgaria and bring an added value to interested enthusiasts or organisations. He is certified as a PMI-ACP (PMI) and PSM I (Scrum.org).
