On the 7th of April, Agile Serbia organizes the second Virtual Panel „Incremental Approach in Product Creation – Product Owner Role in Practice“, from the series of Agile afternoon panels with Ivan Ivanović as a host! 😊
In this panel, our panelists will talk about:
- Incremental Product Development,
- How to property prioritize tasks using different techniques,
- Story points and User Stories.
We will also discuss how does a Product Owner helps Scrum team and what are the main challenges PO faces in his daily work, as well as many other topics specific to this role.
As in the previous panel, Agile Serbia’s team member Ivan Ivanović will be the host of the panel while the panelists are Apeksha Patel – India’s first woman Certified Scrum Trainer (CST) and Enterprise Coach and Predrag Rajković – Expert in Product Development, Agile practitioner and Agile Coach.
