I would like to become Certified Scrum Master/Product Owner/Agile Leader. How to apply?
You should start from Agile Serbia website www.agile-serbia.rs, find the course you are interested in and then choose option Registration, press Register button or send application at scrum@puzzlesoftware.rs.

I want to register for the course and my company will pay fees. What should I have to submit?
If you are applying through the company:
- first and last name;
- e-mail address,
- contact phone;
- company name;
- headquarters;
- PIB (VAT number);
- contact email of the person to whom we can send an invoice.

I would like to attend course as an individual. What is the procedure and what should I have to submit?
If you are applying as an individual:

- residence address to which we will send you a final bill after training.

When can I take certification course?
There are two terms in which Agile Serbia organizes public certified courses – Spring session, period April-May, and Autumn session in November. During this session, popular as the Agile Month, there are always Certified Scrum Master and Certified Scrum Product Owner courses, one or two terms. In addition, there are other courses and topics.

Is it possible to take customized certification course, for our company only, instead of public?
If you are interested to certify larger number of your team members and there are no available spaces at public courses, then we suggest on-site training, where our CST (Certified Scrum Trainer) will prepare this course for your organization and all team members you would like to become Certified Scrum professionals. Beside Certified Scrum Courses you can choose many other specific topics and training regarding Agile frameworks or practices in Scrum.

How does the certification process work?
- Attend class and fully participate.
- After the class, the trainer will submit your name to the Scrum Alliance.
- Then the Scrum Alliance send you information after they receive it, they will email your formal membership/certification.
After you pass the CSM test, you will be asked to accept the CSM License Agreement and complete your Scrum Alliance membership profile. CSPO and CAL do not have tests, so this process is shorter. Your initial membership period at Scrum Alliance is for 2 years.

During CSM/CSPO course I am registered at Scrum Alliance with different email, although I already have my profile? Can I merge them?
If you hold two certification accounts with Scrum Alliance, you should contact Scrum Alliance Support Team and their representative will assist you with merging your two profiles. Once your accounts have been merged, you will be able to access all your certifications from one account.
Please provide the following information for each account when submitting your merge request:
- Email address associated with each account
- Certificate ID associated with each account
- The email address you would like to use with your account going forward
Once you’ve gathered this information, send your merge request to support@scrumalliance.org.

Am I eligible to take CSM/CSPO course?
Although there are no set eligibility requirements for certified Scrum roles, it is advisable to have some understanding of the principles and possess working knowledge of the overall Scrum process.

What should I take to become Certified Scrum Master or Scrum Product Owner?
In order to get certified, a candidate must take up the CSM or CSPO course from a Certified Scrum Trainer (CST), post which an online exam must be cleared for Scrum Master role. This training is considered to make one exam ready with some amount of dedicated self-study.

How does Scrum Master exam look like?
After successfully completing the course, you will need to take the 50 questions CSM test and answer 37 out of the 50 questions correctly within the 60-minute time limit. You can take up the exam only after the completion of the training. If attended CSPO or CAL, there is no tests to pass.
The test takes maximum an hour to get completed. You can also skip questions or bookmark them for later review. Go back option is always there throughout the test. You can review bookmarked questions at the end of the test and submit your answers for scoring. After clicking submit button, a warning message may appear in case you have left any question unanswered.
Your score will immediately appear on your computer screen.

What if one fails to pass the CSM in one go?
In the event that one fails to pass the CSM exam in one go, you may take it anytime within 60 days following your CSM course. You can even retake the exam immediately if you wish. However, if you fail to clear the exam in second attempt also, you will be required to pay an exam fee of $25 to Scrum Alliance. Scrum Alliance recommends that it is better to re-enroll in the CSM course, if one has failed thrice in the exam.

When I finish CSM exam, then what?
After you pass the CSM test, you will be asked to accept the CSM License Agreement and complete your Scrum Alliance membership profile. Your initial membership period at Scrum Alliance is for 2 years.

How do I download or print a copy of my certification?
Please follow these steps to download and print a copy of your certificate:
- Log into your account: https://www.scrumalliance.org/login
- Click “Hello, [Your Name]” in the top righthand corner
- Select “My Dashboard”
- Look for the section labeled “Actions”
- Click on Print Certificate(s).
If this is the first certification you’ve earned, you will be prompted to enter your name as you would like it to appear on your certificate. Note that this cannot be updated by the user later.
If you need to update the name on your certificate due to a misspelling or name change, you should contact support@scrumalliance.org.

Are Scrum Certifications valid in USA and in Europe?
Yes. Certifications Scrum Alliance issue are worldwide valid including in USA and in Europe.

Does my certificate expire and when?
Yes, certificate(s) you received expire(s) after two years. Certifications are renewed on a two-year, except CAL (non-renewal), basis in which you will need to submit a certain amount of SEUs® points and payment depending on which certifications you’ve earned in order to keep them active.

How to renew certification?
To renew your certification(s), please do the following:
- Log in to your account – https://www.scrumalliance.org/login
- Click “Hello, [Your Name]” in the upper righthand corner
- Select “My Dashboard”
- Look for the section labeled “Actions”
- Click on “Renew Certification”
- Choose the certifications you wish to renew (required SEU and payment amount will be displayed at the bottom)
- Confirm your renewal and proceed with payment (lower-level certifications that will also be renewed will be presented on this screen).
*During your membership at Scrum Alliance you should submit all SEU points you collect.

What is an SEU®?
A Scrum Education Unit® (SEU®) is a credit that you earn by completing an educational training or learning opportunity that meets a defined set of learning objectives. Scrum Alliance takes into consideration factors such as content, quality, and accuracy of material in definition of categories. SEUs follow a 1:1 ratio, where one hour of participation or preparation is equal to one SEU. You need these points for your certification renewal or advanced certification and further career.

How can I receive SEU points?
Below are some examples of continuing education opportunities that you can submit as SEUs:
- Attended a training course (online or in-person);
- Read a book about Scrum/Agile;
- Participated in a coaching session or team-building exercise within your company or organization (i.e. Scrum games, activities of cross-collaboration between teams, etc.);
- Watched a live or recorded webinar regarding Scrum;
- Attended a conference or event on Scrum or Agile, such as Regional Scrum Gathering Belgrade 2022;
- Co-trained or received mentorship from a Scrum/Agile coach or trainer;
- Wrote a blog, article, or book about Scrum/Agile.

How to submit SEU points to Scrum Alliance website?
To submit your SEUs to count toward renewal, please do the following:
- Log in to your account – https://www.scrumalliance.org/login
- Click “Hello, [Your Name]” in the upper righthand corner
- Select “My Dashboard”
- Go to the gray “Manage SEUs” button under “My Credentials”
- Choose your SEU category in the drop-down menu under “Enter a Scrum Education Unit”
- Complete all the required fields
Note that you must earn your SEUs during your renewal period. That is the period of two years prior to your certification’s current expiration date. You cannot reuse an SEU if you have already submitted it for a prior certification renewal or a CSP® application.

What does it mean to have the Advanced Scrum Master™ (A-CSM™) certification?
After you complete your foundational learning and achieve your initial certification, you’ll spend a year of supplemental learning and professional practice. You will then continue to Advanced CSM Course, where you’ll acquire tools and knowledge in: the principles of Agile facilitation and coaching fundamentals; Scrum Mastery and personal development; and servant leadership. Once you complete the A-CSM program and earn certification, you’ll be able to demonstrate your ability to facilitate dialogue, work with teams and be an effective Scrum Master.
