Did you know that setting ambitious goals consistently leads to higher performance than just urging people to do their best? Building a goal model is a visual way to identify what the organization wants to achieve. It forces the team to ask the hard questions that lead to the higher purpose, but our environments change so quickly, which makes working with annual goals really hard.
This workshop will help you discover and master OKRs, an agile approach to goal setting, designed by John Doerr, the man who helped Google become the No.1 Company in the world by using this tool.
OKRs Fundamentals is a program dedicated to people looking for a modern approach to co-creating organizational goals. Goals that both inspire, allow you to direct and synchronize many work streams, and above all, engage colleagues.
Proper application of the OKR’s concept, allows for building transparency of organizational goals, enabling setting priorities and minimizing the risk of conflict or exclusion of organizational goals, which paradoxically still takes place in many organizations.
