Angel has more than 20 years working in the ICT market. He is the founder and Lead Consultant at Proyectalis and Improvement21. Proyectalis is his own Agile Consulting firm, founded in 2007. Today, it is considered as a leading Agile consulting and coaching company in Spain, and one of the most well-known in Europe and Latin America.
Angel is a regular speaker at Agile conferences all over the world. He is the author of “Agile Management”, and “Agile Kaizen: Continuous Improvement Far Beyond Retrospectives”. He is also a contributor to “Beyond Agile: Stories of Agile Transformations”.
Besides his contribution to Agile as an author and speaker, there is a long list of his seminars, tutorials, courses, and videos at SlideShare, YouTube, and Vimeo. Angel is also a Management 3.0 Licensed Trainer, a SAFe Program Consultant (SPC4), and a member of both the Scrum Alliance & the Agile Alliance.
In 2015 he co-founded Improvement21, with a goal to bring the continuous improvement habit to all kinds of organizations, and to create better organizational cultures, processes, and products.
