21st February 2018, in Novi Sad, with Zoran Vujkov and Miloš Zeković

Agile Serbia organized “Kanban Board Game” in collaboration with our well-known companions Zoran Vujkov and Miloš Zeković. This time, Kanban Workshop was organized on the 21st of February in Novi Sad, Serbia. Our colleagues and friends from this city was very interested to join us! For all participants, this was a great opportunity to improve their knowledge of Kanban.

The “Kanban Board Game” is a funny and a physical game designed to teach the concepts and mechanics of Kanban for Software Development. This group played the game in four teams. They competed to maximize profit by optimizing the work flow, throughout three cycles – design, development and testing. During the game, they constructed charts based on the game data. Throughout the game, there were simulated different challenges. The whole idea of Kanban Workshop was to motivate all participants to explore the various options for system design, prioritisation, and resource allocation decisions.
